Going to work more and more often only equals "earning money". Happiness and self-realization shall or must take place during leisure time? That's rubbish! Work should be fun! This means, we all have to take our part in creating environments worth working in.

I decided for a job that fulfills me, in which I find meaning and which gives me pleasure. Life is short and my time is too valuable for bungling or exploitation. I value:

• Professionalism & Respect, which is expressed in willingness to assumeresponsibility, diligence,  reasonable wages, clear separation of private and professional relations.

• Sustainability. Durability and environmental compatibility are important to me.

• Trust. A handshake that is still valid, honesty and some basic trust instead of carrot and stick.

• Clear delineation from any form of discrimination. The diversity of opinion is important and instructive, but opinions end, were personal boundaries begin.
